RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to our customers. If you find the problems of the products, please contact us before return goods.

Repair

In 3 months (from the delivery date showing online), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), you can send them back for repairing (buyers cover the shipping fees). Once the product is returned and checked by our Quality Control department to confirm it is Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage, we will repair for you and ship them back to you again (Sellers will pay the shipping fees). Or you can also go to your local maintenance center nearby and fix the faulty items and send us the copy of the receipt of repairing cost. Then we will pay the cost.
Tip: The repairing cost should not be reimbursed by us if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.

Replacement

Non-quality Problems

In 7 days (from the delivery date showing online), if you find the products have big problems in color and size, it can be returned and replaced under the following conditions:
1. The products should be returned in original package.
2. The products should have not been used and have no influence for second selling.
3. After the products sent back intact and has no other problems, we will ship a new one to you.

Quality Problems

In 30 days(from the delivery date showing online), if you find the products have quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), you can send them back. Once the product is returned and checked by our Quality Control department to confirm it is Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage, we will replace a new one for you. (Sellers will pay the shipping fees).
Tips: If the quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage, the cost for return or replacement should be paid by buyers.

Return and Partial Refund

Our website cannot support full refund for non-quality problems such as:
- The color is a different from the one on your site. (That might be caused by the different resolutions on different devices.)
-The products is not what I imagined.
-I am not satisfied with this product.
In 7 days (from the delivery date showing online), if you request returning the items because of the reasons above, you need to send back the products in original package (buyers pay the shipping fees). After we receive the products intact, we will deduct handling fee and shipping fee to give you a partial refund.
